'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Alexandre Pato and Football

This doesn't have much to do with Chelsea, I know it`s wrong to talk about other clubs players but at the same this is football and we are one community.

The article goes like this;-

We have all witnessed Robin van Persie and how he had injury problems every season but now we are witnessing the danger he is to opposition defenders after overcoming his injuries.

Now there is another player going through the same thing now and every article I see on net all suggests he is past his best and can never be the super star he was much touted to be.

Is this fair on the player?

Can Alexandre Pato ever become a superstar?

Would a move elsewhere resurrect his career?

I wish him the best in his footballing career though.

I still think Pato is going to have a good career...he is just 23 for crying out loud...Rvp and even messi had injury history that was worrysome (especially RVP)..but then see where they are now..i can blame chelsea though for steering clear of such high risk investment...however i still think its naive to right a player off soo early, 'll keep an eye on this one definitely...

*i cant blame chelsea

stephan el shaarawy.....he will be the next star at ac milan...if we can get him...would be a great business...young talented and an eye for goal...

Pato is a top player now and is only stalling because of injuries and he is not the flavour of the month with allegri! If he was injury free for a season and played every game he would be awesome

Alex Pato when fit is one of the most dangerous and complete strikers in the business. He is deadly with both feet, a good aerial threat and has tons of pace. Problem is you will be lucky to have him available for a third of the games in any season. The RVP story has many wondering about taking risks about injury prone players but while there is the RVP story lets not forget the Arjen Robben example. If we had two other quality strikers on our team he would be worth the risk but with the penchant our decision makers now have for having the fewest available strikers for any top 5 team in a big league we cannot afford that risk. If we are only going in for 1 striker in January it will be absolute madness to spend that position on Pato. Besides the pato to coorinthians move is virtually complete now..Patos head by now is already back in Brazil..i think his time in europe is done.

Pato to corinthians isn't done at all....there is still a long way to go and corinthians has denied the fact that a deal has been agreed but they declared their intrest though......if chelsea were going for two strikers now that falcao isn't going to come until summer,I would opt for a David villa or Negredo and Pato....that way we will have three strikers in our squad....

Keep the articles coming, pato is the best striker of his age group, to find another more clinical and experienced as pato will be difficult, but I am not sold on us buying him, yes its bcos of his injuries which started as soon as he is in his 20s, it is now more profound in recent months, I won't be suprised if chelsea go in for him and pay expensively for him as chelsea have always been interested in him since his time in brazil, AC was just too big a club to ignore for chelsea, but a word of caution here, if we get him we need one more in case he gets injured again

Injury make some players stronger e.g messi, robben and rvp but it makes some others weaker e.g torres, essien and kaka..i dont know which category pato belongs as he is stil 23 and has much years ahead of him..but i dont want chelsea to even consider signing him we already have marko marin(if u know what i mean)
Ken4CFC
He was really a bright star,no thanks to injury,it all seem so gloom for his career. I would have loved in Cfc,but after the Marin experience am now having my doubts about him here. I mean we shouldnt only be looking at the Van Persies.

worth a gamble only 12m. if Manure are willing to pay 8m for Bebe...
Humza_96
Maybe he will after moving to Corinthians.
