'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Has David Luiz had a head transplant?

A humorous question because after a performance like that, I have to laugh or else I'll cry.

Ivanovic certainly had two 'Sideshow Bob` moments and he won't need us to tell him how daft he looked, I'm sure Rafa will do it anyway. But I think we have to admit he has enough credit in the bank to be forgiven even if he may have cost us another Wembley appearance, although I still believe we can go there and get a result that'll take us through.

To do so though, we'll have to be at them right from the start and that means playing with people who are on top of their game. Torres clearly is not, Ramires certainly wasn't against Swansea and Azpilicueta was wasteful going forward.

Those 3 don't need to start as we have adequate replacements in the squad, especially if JT is fit. I believe we missed Moses tonight and I have to say, even Mata was short of his usual standards.

Other than that I am lost for words as to how that game slipped away from us, perhaps we really did use up two years luck last season?

By the way, my wife, no judge of football, has nicknamed Luiz, 'Tigre', a lovable creature with a great heart and personality but always capable of doing something daft.

Only problem is, if David is Tigre then what do we christen Ivanovic? Any advance on Barney Rubble?

Luiz have higher highs and lower lows than most, but otherwise I am totally behind Clingy - Torres....my patience has totally run out now. How in the world could Tubby keep him on the pitch for 81 minutes. He needed to be off before the half hour mark.
