'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Now This You Really Must Read!

Some of you might recall, well I damn well hope you do, my recent rant about Freedom of Speech.

Well whilst it seems to have made a slight difference, with attitudes being mellowed and insults traded between posters becoming reduced, I`ve also found out something else that is quite enlightening.

It transpires that the law has changed with regards to posts that might be considered to be offensive or likely to create problems of a legal nature and it is no longer my responsibility to monitor them.

Apparently, I am bound by law to remove any offensive posts if they are pointed out to me and also in a timely manner; however, with regards to any legal action being taken, it is now to be aimed solely in the direction of the person who posted it, even if you are hiding behind a pseudonym.

If you are unclear about any of this then perhaps you should refer to the 'Terms and Conditions` you agreed to when becoming a member of Vital Chelsea!
