Match Day Moments - West Brom (h)

Match Day Moments - West Brom (h)

Today could be one of those defining moments of our season.

Our interim manager will pull the support together in a show of unity either against him or for him, I doubt there`ll be any middle-ground.

Unfortunately, there`s the danger that events off the pitch may overshadow those on it, which would be a crying shame.

Toda,, we have great opportunity to cement our claims for a Champions League qualification place with our North London rivals laying each other tomorrow.

A win today would go a long way to easing the growing pressure.

But will it happen?

Who will Rafa select for his starting eleven?

Will the players be affected by the atmosphere between Benitez and the supporters?

Join us from 14:30 onwards for our normal, but far from run-of-the-mill Match Day Moments thread, this could be the one not to miss!

LUKAKU should play for west brom....the guy is in terrefic form so chelsea should let him play and test him against us...
02/03/2013 12:52:00
That doesnt make much sense shlok27 but wot do I know !
02/03/2013 13:10:00
zola...our season is already feckeed up...why fecking his good season by not allowing him to play...we also will come to know how good he is against us..
02/03/2013 13:18:00
There would a big focus on stamford bridge today. It would indeed be our season defining moment. Rafa knows what he would get and he would deserve every bit of it. His brief flirting with us was doomed from the begining and would never end well for him or for both sides. At this stage, i dont think most of the fans would care about europa league(which was what he threatened them with). He would go to any length to ensure he is sacked. So much for being plastic without passion. Lol

RAFA OUT!.I just cannot tolerate him. With this guy in charge,we'll not even end up playing the Europa.Look at our fixtures.I cannot see how we'll win games with this man in charge.
02/03/2013 13:35:00
Shlok27.I agree.Lukaku should be playing.
02/03/2013 13:35:00
@shlok..come off it mate..Kraken is easily their best striker at the moment and this is a match we need to win giving that avb plays against wenger tomorrow...our job is a lot easier without lukaku in their line up...i still believe we can do a top 4 finish this season...but first we need to gran the three points today!

@cfc 250..we are playing in less than 2 hours West brom hoping to grab three points, you are here saying ''rafa out''....honestly its getting boring now...nobody likes FSW and its no longer news...but at point in time we should be more concerned about grabbing three points from the match today not the endless rafa out tirades...huh!
02/03/2013 13:40:00
Hope chelsea and spurs win this week that way at least we're be five points from dropping out of champs league spot.not worried has spurs still have to come to bridge

Rafa out, Rafa out, Rafa out, Rafa out, everybody has a right to whatever he or she wants, am not bothered about not wining the match all am bothered about is the FSW to leave my beloved club. And I will KTBFFH
02/03/2013 13:49:00
@layor12...yup i agree wit you that we wanna win this match...but on other side are we not putting a brake in his good form...if we are good enough team then he wont score us..this show that how bad we are as a team that we are getting frigthned up by our own player who last season was termed as not ready no good enough overpriced..blah least roman will also know that luakaku is ready for next season and the time for torres to ship out has came
02/03/2013 13:52:00
The signs dont seem good. Our 2 youth teams lost their matches. The U-21s lost 1-0 last night while the U-18s lost 3-1 this afternoon at cobham.

@shlok...kraken does not have to play against chelsea before we know he is ready...sombody from the chelsea hierachy is monitoring his development every single week...we have a better chance of winning without him playing..nothing should be more important right now than grabbing three points.
02/03/2013 13:55:00
am afraid we'l draw this game.i say this because everytime chelsea have had the opportunity to capitalize on our rivals dropping points this season,we've never taken it.
02/03/2013 13:57:00
@Layorh12.I apologise, but don't expect us to be in the top four with this guy.I never took to heart what he said about us in his Pool days, but he is a pathetic manager, worse than Raymond Domenech.
