Cech on a Mourinho Comeback!

I have absolutely no idea who our next manager will be!

I have thoughts on who I`d like to succeed Rafa Benitez but I also fear that the manner in which things are done could result in a decision not being decided upon until the new season is upon us, as the board track down various candidates.

Howevr, there is a general consensus, amongst the support, relating to a comeback for Jose Mourinho

Following our 1-0 win over West Brom, in a game whereby the winning margin should have been greater, Petr Cech faced the media and was asked about a possible Mourinho comeback, following the chanting of the Special One`s name on Saturday.

Cech, trying to be as diplomatic as ever, responded,

"We had a fantastic success with him, so why not?"

"Of course the fans still sing his name and also for Roberto Di Matteo. If you win the Champions League you deserve that."

But whoever comes to take the job I hope he will have better luck and that he will stay."

"I have been saying that for six years, I hope the new manager will find the momentum and he will stay."

Some fine sentiments but if a changing of the managerial guard continues to produce the results it has done since Roman Abramovich took over, would there be many arguments?

"I have been saying that for six years, I hope the new manager will find the momentum and he will stay." - Tell him BIG PETR. I am also tired of the instability as well.

@Kaku..let me concur to your comments and that of Petr..yes it is important we get a good manager but far more important that Roman get that itchy trigger finger of his taped permanently behind his back and have a board with some quality football minds to stand guard between him and the manager to prevent another debacle like what we saw this season.

Roman needs to grow up regarding the managerial circus he is orchestrating, identify the model u want ur team to play and look for the best executor for the project and back him come rain come sunshine, when he does that we'll all heave a sigh of relieve, left for me, there are about 3 managers with clout enough to stand up to roman and do a good job with the squad we have and depending on how we can lure them, I'll take laudrup, mourinho and bielsa

Merlin. I'm sorry for saying this is an open forum and not privately, but I know that Jose is coming back. Inside info if you want, but it's happening.

So Jose decided to play with Marota (born 92) in the el classico. Another major blow to the Mourinho haters. They say Mourinho dont play youth palyer. Ha
