Todd Kane Returns to Blackburn

Injury problems, at Ewood Park, have provided young Todd Kane with another loan opportunity.

Kane, just 19, has already had one spell with the Championship side Blackburn Rovers and the Lancashire side, troubled by injuries, have taken Todd back to Ewood Park for a second one month spell.

In his first loan spell there, Kane made four appearances. Here at Vital Chelsea we`d like to wish young Todd well for his second spell at Ewood Park.

I worry for the lad, he's been by far one of the best in our academy over the last few years, and then we go and sign Wallace. Was that really necessary when we already have Azpi(who is only about 24)with Iva and Ferreira there for back-up if needed?I've always seen him as our future starting RB, but I don't know so much now.I have no doubts that Wallace is quality btw, just worried about Kane.Hope he tears it up at Ewood Park and gives us something to consider!

I think he'll make it at Chelsea coz he's good enough in my opinion. I see no wrong in signing Wallace though. Competition is healthy and squad depth is also required. He only needs to be trusted a bit with responsibility and have patience, unfortunately this is one virtue our club doesn't have.

Good for him, I just hope he gets to play there and not made to spend more time on the bench than on the pitch... I also worry a bit about his future at CFC seeing that he will have to fight for position with guys like Azpi, Iva, Wallace and now kalas who has been converted to a RB... Let's see how it all goes...

Iva will be moved to CB permanently by next season. One of Wallace, Kalas will be Azpi backup. I have not seen Wallace play but Kalas has been exceptional @RB, he is class. I think he deserves to be given a chance as Azpi backup next season, Wallace can go to an EPL side on loan. Wallace should stay as Ceazar's backup only if he is better than Kalas & I doubt it tbh.
