Poyet Turns Down Reading Job

The consensus of opinion with regards to Gus Poyet leaving Brighton to join Reading was that it wouldn`t be a move the majority would recommend.

Well it transpires that Gus has decided, after day long talks with Reading, isn`t for him with the forty-five year-old Uruguayan opting to stay with the south coast side.

I reckon you`ve made the right decision Gus, now get Brighton and Hove Albion into the Premier League.

Good man. Wise decision..i see Reading going the way of Wolves..what a bunch of jokers..to sack the guy who got you to the BPL and do it so late in the season..and to take the cake..to do it without even having a sure fire replacement ready to take over immediately..seriously there are too many of these club owners who have way too much money and not an ounce of even common sense not to mention above average management acumen.

I really wish brighton and watford get promotion to the EPL, I'll love to see what they can do and it will give us more loaning options
