Haven`t We Done Well!

Haven`t We Done Well!

On this the 10th anniversary of the instigation of the rule of the Roman empire; here`s a list of the silverware that have taken pride of place in our trophy cabinet:-

Champions League - 2011/2012

Premier League - 2004-05, 2005-06, 2009-10

FA Cup - 2006-07, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2011-12

Europa League - 2012/2013

League Cup - 2004-05, 2006-07

FA Community Shield - 2005, 2009

I think you`ll agree it is quite a bag of swag!

On a personal note and having been through the bad old-days of relegation, the Zenith Data Systems Cup, Fill Members Cup and the Cross Channel Cup, I could never have dreamed that such joyous times were just around the corner.

How does the saying go? - If I were to die now I`d die a happy man!

Commendable achievements....Yet some fans will still come out to rubbish Roman and say they want him to leave, claiming he has brought more problems/downfall than success to Chelsea....

13 trophies in 10 years, quite a decent haul of at least one trophy per season.

Read through a story saber posted where buck and gourlay gave inside info on what roman have been doing, those things the man have been doing since he became our owner made me forgive his appointment of benitez, and it also shows that no man is perfect, building cobham, the academy, the players bought to bring majority of this silver wares, all I can say is thank you ROMAN, I hope the next 10 years would be better than this one, though it would be very tough.

Like i said yesterday, from avoiding relegation into the third tier with that Clive Walkers strike against Bolton, which remains an important goal in our history...to that spot kick at Allianz Arena from Didier Drogba to crown us European Champions...there's no doubt whatsoever we've come a long way. Thank you Roman.

long live Roman, Long live Merlin. More than anybody ever Roman has put is money where his mouth is absolutely. Even if he were to live now, he has set us already on a path that most never deem possible. Thanks Roman. Thru thick and thin.

may be we should have won atleast 1more premier league. with this kind of investment we should have won more. Roman's impatience has cost us atleast one or two trophies.
