'If It's Football, It's Vital'

A Level Playing Field!

An interesting scenario is developing!

Anyone who tuned into the coverage of the Manchester City v Arsenal encounter, at the weekend, will be aware that the Arsenal player, Jack Wilshere, made a rude one-ginger gesture to the City fans as he left the pitch.

Wilshere has, on the back of that gesture, been charged by the Football Association for misconduct.

Now the consensus of opinion is that the highly-rated midfielder will cop for a one game ban, after all Luis Suarez received a one game ban for making a similar gesture after Liverpool had lost to Fulham back in December 2011 and the FA would want to see itself viewed as being a fair organization would it not!

If justice is seen to be dished out on an even basis, then Wilshere will, unfortunately for Arsenal, be suspended for the Premier League clash against Chelsea, on December 23rd.

However, in true Black Adder style, Arsene Wenger and his cronies appear to have a cunning plan up their sleeves. Apparently they`re going to go cap in hand to the Football Association and plead for some leniency, stand by for some typical Arsene Wenger weren`t we hard done by chit-chat if the leniency plea is dismissed and summary justice for all is handed out!

Do you do any research before you post an article?

"if he did it and he gets banned we will accept the ban" Quote from Wenger after the match.

What is your source for you suggestion that Arsenal will go cap in hand to the FA??? Do you have any source or are you just making this all up?

CFC complaining about level playing fields. Sadly you lost the right to complain about trivial issues such as this the minute you dumped 1bn pounds into the transfer market in a desperate attempt to buy success.

^^ lollll!!
Interesting. So, I suppose it is now fair game to contrive to malign a player or the Manager of another club side by fabricating a story as this? Who condones such articles on the Vital football sites, anyway?
There is no "desparate attempt to buy success". Have you forgotten the CL, FA cups, PL titles etc. That's not an "attempt". It's success.
******** bitter gooners, come back after you have won the champions leaque....
