'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Duo Heading for Teeside?

Yesterday it was announced that our promising young Nigerian centre-back, Kenneth Omeruo, is off on his travels.

The 20 year-old, keen to get regular first team football ahead of the forthcoming World Cup, is set to sign a six month loan deal.

The deal has probably come about due to the on-going friendly relationship between Jose Mourinho and his former #2 at Real Madrid, Aitor Karanka, now in charge at Middlesbrough.

It is also expected that there could be further traffic between the two clubs with the inference being bandied about that Nathan Ake our promising 18 year-old defensive midfielder, who has already made his first team debut at Stamford Bridge, could be the next to head off in that direction.

It would be good for Ake, if it happens.

Isn't it illegal to have two players on loan from the same club?
BlueBlaze
If Januzaj was a Chelsea player,he would have been at Vitesse by now.
BluePontiff
Good turn for Ake, our Under-21 captain and Young Player of The Year 2013! BlueBlaze, have you never heard of a club called Vitesse Arnhem, mate?
HGH Magic
BluePontiff, if Fergie hadn't retired, Januzaj wouldn't be in the manure first team because he'd have been able to attract stars like Fabregas, Alcantara, Ozil, Reus, Ander Herrera, Ross Barkley etc, that Moyes tried but failed spectacularly! Alas....
HGH Magic
not sure you need any telling Chelsea are a more gifted and better-stocked team than Moyes' manure; but mate maybe you can tell us how many games Wilfried Zaha has been handed by the 'Chosen One' so far.
HGH Magic
Nathan ake won't go to borough I am sure of it, he reiterated that he wants to stay at the club this season so he can be classified as academy/home grown

@Bluepontiff, Well... he isn't better than anyone in our midfield #Fact
kolagold25
Our midfield? Hell, make that the Vitesse midfield mate, as he's not even as good as Lucas Piazon!
