Chalobah Ventures North

Chalobah Ventures North

After struggling to replicate the form he had shown at Watford whilst on loan last season, at Nottingham Forest this season, Nathaniel Chalobah has switched Championship clubs.

The talented teenager, after 12 appearances for Forest, has joined Middlesbrough on loan for the remainder of the season.

In doing so Chalobah joins another Chelsea youngster already on loan at the Riverside Stadium, Kenneth Omeruo, confirming that Jose Mourinho is determined to assist his former right-hand man at Real Madrid, Aitor Karanka, in turning around the fortunes of the Teeside club.

Plus, there are also rumours in circulation that Nathan Ake could become the third Chelsea player to make his way along the same route, we`ll endeavour to keep you informed if we hear anything further.

I wish him well over there. In other news, Ryan Bertrand is also leaving on loan to Villa park till the end of the season. Surprise this one!

the problem with youngsters is inconsistency, chalobah is a talented kid who will only improve and get better if he stays injury free
