Going Nowhere!

Going Nowhere!

Jose puts the record straight!

Whilst rumours continue to circulate in the tabloid press relating to the future of Thibaut Courtois, with one variant intimating that Jose Mourinho has agreed to sell the young Belgian to his former club, Real Madrid, another variant has a far different story.

It would appear that despite all his continual bluster about not coming back to Stamford Bridge to be the understudy to Petr Cech, Jose has already decided that Thibaut will not have the final say on where he would like to go with Jose remarking at his pre-match press conference, ahead of the Everton game,

"We won`t struggle to keep him. He has two more years of his contract."

"I don`t need to give assurances to any player. That player has a contract with Chelsea."

"If anyone wants him we have to know."

Now can these persistent rumours stop!

Merlin , although Mourinho is going on about contracts , what worries me , is there is no denial that he will sold . No-one is coming out and saying that he is staying at Chelsea - period.

Even when Mou said he (TC) was coming back to SB it was kind of "under his breath" as though it would possibly be a temporary move ( ie until he was sold)

The comments above sadly cannot kill the rumours rather will create more room for new ones to be engineered. Jose said 'we won't struggle to keep him' and that I support. We have shown him loyalty by letting him go on loan and improve rather than be on our bench. Its about time he also starts showing loyalty and gratitude to us and not asking for assurances over a certain legend that even him might not become for us.

Enough of all this noise about TC. Blue_Mel, the earlier you stop all the rants the better for all of us. The guy said he will not be sold...what else do you want to hear. And if he decides to sell, so be it! He is the boss, you are just a follower. Kapish!!

@Elemzy... we all have right to voice our views on this subject or any other ..No we arent on the payroll , but that dosnt change the fact that we can say what we like about what we like bearing in mind we should show respect one to another within the law . Yes?

It ain't just as simple as "Kapish" @elemzy. Under no circumstance(s) or delusions should Thibaut be sold! Jose should be aware that Courtois is Chelsea's future, and should so make it known; universally known, if you will, beyond any reasonable doubt! Obviously there are (and should be) no mind games with Courtois; he's the real deal already. Courtois is no Juan Mata. If he's ever sold, I hope Jose inserts a buyback clause, else he may come out looking all smug and foolish in the end....
