Mourinho`s Concerns over Injured Trio

Mourinho`s Concerns over Injured Trio

As we prepare to take on Galatasaray in the last sixteen of the Champions League, Jose Mourinho has some injury concerns.

The 'Special One` as he prepares to tangle with the legend that is Didier Drogba, has concerns about the fitness of David Luiz, Oscar and John Obi Mikel.

Luiz and Mikel missed the victory over Everton, on Saturday, whilst Oscar was substituted at half time after being troubled by an injury he was carrying.

Speaking about the trio, Jose Mourinho has remarked to the media,

"We are hoping David or Mikel are back for Istanbul because Nemanja Matic is cup-tied."

"Oscar`s injury is not serious, but he was feeling the effects. We have three days to see if he can play against Galatasaray."

If they don't come back it will probably be Ramires and Lampard for the pivot with Schurrle, Willian and Hazard further up.

I think the fully fit players can still play out the game and get us a result that will keep us within reach for a quarterfinal berth. Though i believe all three would be available but might obviosly not be 100% fit. a 2-2 result might actually not be a bad idea #ktbffh
