Four of the Best

Or one statistic for each goal!

On this fine Sunday morning as we bask in yet another fine victory over Tottenham, we have a few statistics for you to mull over.

1 - Yesterday, against Spurs, Chelsea had 4 shots on target and scored from all those 4 shots. Apparently, this is only the 12th time this has happened in the last 8 Premier League seasons.

2 - The 4-0 victory matched the biggest winning margin Jose Mourinho has savoured as a manager in the Premier League.

3 - Samuel Eto`o, who wasn`t due to start until Fernando Torres suffered a groin problem in the pre-match warm up, has now scored 7 times this season with, strangely, all 7 goals coming at Stamford Bridge.

And lastly, a fact that shows the how troubled Spurs are,

4 - In their last 4 top-flight games, Spurs have conceded a staggering20 goals.

Enjoy your Sunday folks!

Well done, 4 shots on target making 4 goals! I just hope we beat the smaller teams with such statistics!
