That Mourinho Charge

That Mourinho Charge

Back at Villa Park, when Chris Foy sent Jose Mourinho to the stands, you just got the impression that Jose wouldn`t take the dismissal lying down!

That is proving to be exactly the case!

Although the grapevine suggests that if Jose had of pleaded guilty by the decreed time he`d only have received a fine in the region of £10,000, it appears Jose is determined to have his say on the matter.

To that effect Jose has requested a personal hearing which it is understood will take place sometime next week.

We`re also led to believe that if Jose doesn`t get a favourable verdict the punishment is still likely to be financial rather than involve a touchline ban.

In summing up the events, Jose has remarked (previously) to the media,

"You see the charges and you see that I`m different to everyone else in the eyes of people. Yes, it annoys me. Of course I am treated differently. I don`t now why."

"It`s obvious there`s a measure for some and a measure for me. I can feel the differences al the time."

Wouldn`t you just love to be a fly on the wall when the hearing finally convenes?

The FA do not use logic in their assessment of charges. Mourinho will tackle it logically, and they will use their own 'logic' based on feelings and such, and we all know they harbor feelings of resentment towards our beautiful blues so I see this going one way and one way only...the illogical way.

Just watched it again on Youtube. The only difference I can see is that Jose starts shouting and pointing at Foy and saying hey, hey, hey, hey and starts talking to him. Then Foy sends him off.The question is,is he allowed to talk to Foy or maybe what he said to him.

Well Jose wants to know the reasons of the sanctions, he is as perplexed as we are.
