Summer transfer activity.

Who should we sign in the summer and who should we sell?

We all know we need a striker or possibly 2 decent strikers before next season starts but what other positions need strengthening?

As far as strikers go I think Costa and Lukaku will be our main 2 next season, so who will be our third striker? I think Hernandez could be a good option, he would offer something different and he's a great in the box finisher.

I think we definitely need a left back, I want to see Azpilicueta playing right back where I think he will offer us more going forward. Luke Shaw would be a great signing, yes he'd be expensive but at just 18 he'd be a first team regular for 12+ years in my opinion.

We have really missed Lampard's goals this season, he was always a regular 20+ goal a season man which really helped us in certain games. I see a possible replacement playing for one of our rivals and that is Aaron Ramsey. He would cost a lot of money and Arsenal wouldn't want to sell him but I think we could tempt them with a high enough offer. His game has come on a lot this season and he now looks a real goal threat in games.

I think out off all the players we have out on loan Piazon could be the only one to come back into the first team squad, I think Courtois will stay on loan at Atletico for one more season. I think Marin, Mikel and Moses will definitely be sold, and our three strikers will be gone. A lot of our younger loan players will go out on loan again.

Who do you think will come and go?

The Moyes sacking may mean Hernandez will stay at manure.

the only reason hernandez wants to leave united is because of a lack of playing time. what makes you think he's going to join us as our 3rd choice ST?

rather than buy ramsey why not try and improve Oscar and our other AMs?

a top-class striker, plus lukaku back; a #10 in the mata mould (damn, why did jose make him leave!!); a DM like khedira and a dependable LB and we'd have filled the lacunae. would be nice to have courtois back though. cech isn't the cech of old. roitation between the sticks could keep everyone happy, plus matchfit for days like today.

I think that you should sign a manager who is NOT an embarrassment to your club. If I were a Chelsea supporter and paid good money to watch the sort of negative, embarrassing, "park-the-bus" performance such as was on display at the Vicente Calderon several hours ago, I would be embarrassed and angry. When your team's performance makes Stoke City look like Barca at their best, you've got a problem. Furthermore, the world is getting tired of Mourinho's arrogant, obnoxious bleating. He thinks he's clever. It's not so much his being clever as it is about his being arrogant, narcissistic and self-absorbed. Somehow, it's never his fault when his team turns in a decidedly sub-par, tepid, at best, display, such as was the case vs. Sunderland. Even before Borini put Chelsea to the sword, they deserved no better than a point out of that game. According to the ever-condescending, ever-sarcastic Mourinho, it was the referee who was responsible for Chelsea not winning. Going back to when he managed Chelsea the first time, and Benitez's Liverpool would beat his team, Mourinho's "stock" answer would be, "The best team didn't win." He was then, and is now, a pathetic, unapologetic anal orifice.

barz mate you seem mad, are you mad? what ever tactics are employed on the night, its the WINNERS that write history everyone else were just ALMOST winners and are remembered so. now even though i support my club no matter what but having the best defense in the prem is just as important as the best attack. whats the point of letting in 3 goals when our strikers cant hit a barn door to of set the balance? speaking of "pathetic" things might wanna take a look in the mirror as ur on another teams page trolling.

back on topic, a striker or 2 is a must lukaku/bamford should get a chance and sign 1 new striker with ba torres and eto going. mid field matic is a mountain and paired be side luiz is quite a solid partnership. wings are sorted with William and hazard but would like another NO 10 as lampard might not be here next season as well as the lost of mata & kevin but pizon is playing a blinder atm. defense is not as bad as everyone is making out. were not the best for no reason? main improvements would have to be a rb that can cross cause ivan just cant do that sadly... wallace/ patrick would be perfect here. ideally wanna see more gut and steal in our play. i just hate our team being out numbered physically during set pieces.

GK - No Change, TC will go on loan for another year. We should get high enough discount on Costa fee in return.>>>>> CB - Zouma will return. No LB/Luke Shaw this year. Non-Priority. We can get the LB next year if required. >>>> Midfield - Modric should be ideal to partner Matic. Matic, Luiz, Modric, MVG, Romeu, Lampard, Chalobah should be enough for us. Sell Mikel, Ramires. >>>> CAM - Retain Traore or Piazon for depth. >>>> Striker - Costa, Lukaku to come in. Retain Eto. Sell Ba. Loan/Sell Torres.

@ Blu run.... Modric will neva leave RM now. He is used to the team now and the Coach adores hhim.. remember he wanted chelsea to get him for a Pirlo role when he was the Coach in SB. I will prefer we get a less expensive LB who can run very well and Cross the ball with accuracy. they are not that hard to find this days. after all we got azpi for 7 million. we need one attacking AM and i will want us to go for Barkley or Everton. he fits Mourinho requirements in hardwork, speed and necessary guile . how in the midfield, I don't think we need Khedira again now that we have Matic to do the DM job and Ake and a number of youth players to deputize. what we need is a very good CM that can keep the ball ticking over nicely and seamlessly transmitt from a deep lying playmaker ( with insane workrate that mourinho demands ) to a DM if need be or when Matic goes forward....

Ricardo Rodriguez/Alberto Moreno for left back. It's high time we bought a proper creative CM so I'm hoping for rakitic or koke. I think we will sign Barkley, and obviously costa. Those out, well mikel, Moses, Marin, ba, eto'o, Torres, Romeu (unfortunatley) lampard, cole. I'd hope to see lukaku, piazon, zouma and atsu back from loan and into the first team. With Salah and atsu either side we could play with genuine wingers again.
