A Pumped Up Jose

A Pumped Up Jose

Journeying to Liverpool behind the main party due to illness, it was a pumped up Jose Mourinho that faced the press after the magnificent 2-0 up at Anfield.

Although we still have a mathematical chance of ending the season as Champions, Jose believes that the priority, league-wise, is to get that last point to ensure we finish third.

Here`s what Jose had to say,

'Now we can say we won both matches against the champions. If it's Liverpool, we won both. If it's City, we won both."

'With these three points we need one point to finish third. It was a good season for us and an evolution in many aspects of this team.2

'The champions will be City or Liverpool so we have nothing to celebrate."

'Obviously many people would be expecting us to come here and lose 3-0 or 5-0 like others. Many people think it was impossible to get this result."

'But the boys had an amazing performance so I'm so happy for them and for the fans. This is the spirit we always want at Chelsea football club.'

And as the teams left the pitch, was that a pin I heard dropped on the Kop?

Had a friend who was there. Doesn't sound like they took it in a totally sporting fashion. Can't say too much more for fear of upsetting the Liverpool loving establishment.

I've already heard Mourinho being criticized for being "graceless" in victory! No need to run down the touchline beating his chest! Disgraceful behaviour. The media really do hate Chelsea. If Liverpool scored a last minute winner and Rodgers runs to The Kop beating his chest the media would be choking back the tears telling us about the Liverpool passion and what it means to the city. Rodgers spends every post match interview moaning about Chelsea's defensive performance - he would NEVER play like that - without criticism. Just wait until Liverpool are playing Barcelona or Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

I hate Liverpool with every fiber of my being and if we don't win the EPL this year lets hope city do. They are total scum for so many reasons. They keep going on about Hillsborough and justice for the 96 but what about justice for the 39 people, two of them kids, that died at Heysel? Theres always someone else to blame with them. They got us banned from Europe. I also believe they are the reason England get such a hard time from uefa as Platini was playing for Juventus that night. But on a more personal level my best mate got chased by 5 of those cowards all in their 20's when he was 15 and slice up with stanley blades so bad that he needed over 70 stitches in his face all because he was waring a blue and white scarf. They are arrogant, condescending, sanctimonious ***** and, I for one, Hope never win the league again. Anyone but Liverpool. All this **** media and pundit love in for liverpool makes me sick and this irrational hate being directed towards us is unbelievable! The only reason that there is so much Chelsea bashing isn't because of all our money, as city never got the level of hate that we got, its because we became an instant success with it. Come on you blues and **** off all the rest.

Well said flying_high, my mate also got attacked up at Anfield many a year ago and ended up in hospital. Their fans are the most obnoxious, ignorant, abusive, aggressive fans in the country. You are totally right, what about justice for the 39. 14 Liverpool fans were imprisoned for manslaughter, but not a word is said about that, it`s all been airbrushed from their history. which is an absolute disgrace. Just as the LFC fans are.
