'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Quartet Selected for Brazil

With the World Cup Finals, in Brazil, drawing ever nearer, the host nation, yesterday, announced their 23 man squad for the competition.

Brazil, managed by our old friend Luis Filipe Scolari, are amongst the favourites to twin the trophy on home soil and Scolari, in his squad of 23, has named four Chelsea players:-

• Oscar
• Willian
• David Luiz
• Ramires

Here at Vital Chelsea we congratulate the quartet on their selection and we look forward to seeing them in action in the coming weeks.

I'm sorry to see Oscar and Willian in the squad.We need our players to get plenty of rest in the summer and be ready to fire on all cylinders at the start of next season.

Only bad thing is that they will start pre-season later than the rest of the squad, same goes for everyone who goes to Brazil but it might give Mourinho a chance to work with the fringe players and maybe even youth team players.

Happy for willian. He has always believed if he played regularly for chelsea then his chances of going to brazil will be bright and that has been the case.
