'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Flight of Fancy?

The word on the streets is that Jose Mourinho has, once again, re-iterated that our Brazilian midfielder Ramires, is not for sale.

Furthermore, the gaffer has reminded everyone that when he says a player is not for sale it means he will not be leaving.

However, it appears that those kind-hearted folk that cover the football news at the Daily Star on Sunday, haven`t been listening.

They`re of the opinion that Chelsea are considering a double swoop which would see Ramires join Real Madrid with two of Madrid`s stars, Raphael Varane (21) and Luka Modric (27) coming to Stamford Bridge.

Yeah, really!

That's a nice dream. Rami is not for sale, and Jose isn't interested in any Real player as per quotes in Marca.

While I won't swap Rammy for any ojust palyer cos its real, we would be fools not to consider a bid with modric or Di Maria involved. Mourinho's comments that Rammy is not for sale might be a detremined response to make RM bid top dollar or include desired players in a deal for him. Fingers crossed on this one.

and it must be only fools that will believe real will bid modric or di maria in exchange for ramires. Madrid wont do such a deal, they either buy him straight or don't.

You never know. In football anything can happen. If indeed Carlo want Rami they club will use all means possible to reward a man who finally fulfilled the dream of winning la decima and that could include using players that will turn Jose's head i.e. Modric or Varane or even di Maria.

When jose says Ramires is not for sale, it means Ramires will be here next season. He is jose's favorite son and even though he had a bad season, there is reason to believe he would be key for us next season. There re games where u will need his energy and drive. He would find his mojo back.

According to jose, the addition of cesc to our midfield of matic, ramires and oscar makes it complete. Each players brings a unique and important contribution to the team. Jose's masterplan for next season is gradually taking form.

zg2000fs maybe u should ask Jose himself. He is always straight with his answers like when he said "Courtois is coming straight back to chelsea after the world cup. End of story!". No ambiequity
