Lukaku Wanted by Atletico!

Lukaku Wanted by Atletico!

The ongoing saga of where Romelu Lukaku will be playing his club football could be solved in the next ten days.

The press is reporting that Atletico Madrid are keen to take the 21 year-old Belgian international on a season long loan.

Furthermore, Atletico Madrid officials are in London next week, to finalize the £32 million deal that will bring Diego Costa to Stamford Bridge, looking to tempt Chelsea into letting them have Lukaku on loan for next season.

It remains to be seen whether they are successful or whether Chelsea would be happy to park Lukaku for another season as opposed to selling him.

We`ll report back whenever we hear any further news on the subject matter.

Some reports suggest that Chelsea wouldn't allow any loan deal for him. Let's wait and see.

And because it's yet another Lukaku article, expect 'sell Lukaku brigade' to hit the ground running. Whatever it's the club will find a solution.

He has two years on his contract. Just sell him. What's the point of sending him out on loan. At the end of next season, if we have to sell him, we won't be getting a good sum. Sell him NOW.

@StamforDLion, i am not against selling Lukaku coz it's clear Jose doesn't rate him but then again i think some of us have been rather harsh on him to be honest, especially you. He may have had one appaling gesture after being substituted plus playing crap for Belgium but hey guys, it's becoming like a personal conflict.

"You know Chelsea: every year they buy a new top striker," he said. "I have to play a good World Cup. That's very interesting for all the players looking for a transfer, and I must be one of them. Chelsea know my point of view." Romelu Lukaku "I remember me coming into the dressing room last year and seeing Samuel Eto'o and Demba Ba and going: 'Whoah! What's happening here?' "But no problem. Many clubs are interested in me and at this stage I have to look to myself. "I have to play a good World Cup. That's very interesting for all the players look

He is quoted as saying by Sky Italia: "I'm proud of Juventus' interest in me, but I'm just thinking of Belgium for now."

Let Atletico pay the 6m they owe for TC...then we can talk about Lukaku...I prefer to keep Lukaku as the 2nd striker, but if he is not interested in fighting for place, then he should be given the malouda treatment...Selling him for anything less than 32m is waste...

Your rants are becoming boring stamford, you have made your point known to all, it seems you have personal issues with lukaku, none of your rants here will change whatever decision the club will make. Lukaku this lukaku that, jeez

@Blu_run, i totally agree with you. Those ********s are greedy, arrogant and selfish. They want everything for themselves. I hate the Courtois saga. It stinks. We should cut ties with them. No favours at all.
