Younger Hazard Bundesliga Bound

There had been mutterings all week in relation to the career of Eden Hazard`s younger brother Thorgan.

The grapevine has been rife with the inference that the 21 year-old, who spent last season on loan at the Belgian side Zulte Waregem, could be heading to the Budesliga and that has proven to be exactly the case.

It has been confirmed today that Thorgan Hazard will join Borussia Monchengladbach on a season long loan deal.

Here at Vital Chelsea we wish him well on his latest placement.

i wish he joined a premier league team but monchengladbach aint bad too. Wait; are they in the champions league this year or in europa league

one thing dat surprised about belgium is taking januzaj to world cup afta having no hand in the qualifier and leaving the belgian player of the year in their league behind. Kinda saying their league aint good enough or januzaj is way better than thorgan, what other reason do they have to leave Thorgan behind; m still confused

Januzaj has more topflight experience than thorgan.. neither did hazard contribute to their qualification..albeit I can't give value judgment on who is better!

fantastic move !

I am not sure if it will be good for him in Germany. As i said before a loan move to a mid-table premier league club would have been better for his experience. I am sure after this loan we'll still loan him out to a premier league club.

Wish him all the best though. I hope he hits the ground running.

He had a fantastic season last year. However he was playing in the Belgium league.(no offence intended). It will be very interesting indeed to see how he copes with a more intense league. Especially as Eden Hazard has always suggested he is the better of the two brothers. Watch that space. I certainly will.
