Burnley Look Towards Chalobah

The grapevine suggests that Burnley are looking to take Nathaniel Chalobah on loan.

However, despite the Burnley boss, Sean Dyche, being a fan of the versatile youngster, it appears that there is a major obstacle with regards to a loan deal going through.

Burnley are somewhat aghast that Chalobah is on a salary of 35,000 a week, a salary that Sean Dyche describes as mindboggling.

Will a deal be done whereby Chelsea will contribute towards his salary to ensure the youngster gets regular first team football?

As long as he's guaranteed regular football, we can contribute 50% of the wages.

I find it ironic that on one hand, someone claims to be an admirer, and on the other, can't fathom that the big club that he belongs to, pays the lad market wages. It's business, Sean. Maybe you're in the wrong profession?

Well Burnley will be in a fight to avoid relegation. So getting chances may not come easily for Chalobah. But it looks like the only PL offer right now.

Send him with 50% wages paid. Just ensure, he gets the most of the first team action.
