Chelsea - Cup Semi Defender Shock
As Chelsea get set for an epic FA Cup semi-final, against Tottenham Hotspur, at Wembley this Saturday tea-time, some shock news has emerged.
It appears that Chelsea, according to the very well respected news source, the Telegraph will go head-to-head with Tottenham without a key member of the back-three Antonio Conte has implemented.
Our source, and several others, are reporting that Gary Cahill has been in hospital the last two nights suffering from a mystery illness.
According to our source, Cahill turned up for training feeling out of sorts, on Tuesday. His temperature rose rapidly and he was taken for medical treatment.
With Cahill not available, Antonio Conte has to decide who will replace him in the back-three, our associates at The Sun are of the opinion that the Italian could turn to 36-year-old John Terry just days after the Chelsea legend announced he will be leaving Chelsea Football Club when his current contract expires.
There are of course other options, Conte could turn to Kurt Zouma to play at the heart of the defence of, if he`s not cup-tied, this could be the opportunity for Nathan Ake to step into the limelight.
But, who would your choice be?
