Moses To Serve A Suspension This Week - 11/8/17

Moses To Serve A Suspension This Week - 11/8/17

Chelsea's Victor Moses will be out of action this week as he serves an automatic suspension.

Including Moses, here's a list of all the players currently serving, or under a suspension at the beginning of the week, that will potentially keep them out of contention for an applicable fixture in the days to come.

The list of applicable suspensions for first team matches - either by a build up of individual yellow cards, a double yellow card in a single game or a straight red card offence - are updated by the Football Association on the following link Click Here so errors are their own.

For this week's fixtures specifically across the Premier League and the Football League, the following players find themselves ruled out of their manager's thoughts but a few lucky ones may find their suspension expires before their clubs' next fixture depending on the scheduling.

With some appeals still potentially ticking through, the below list may change in the coming days.

For anybody interested in how their team's health looks in terms of potential coming suspensions, if you visit the above link and select the 'one caution away' option in the table, it will give you a run down of all those players skirting a ban before the next amnesty window kicks in.

Arsene Wenger has expressed concerns over our squad depth. Now this issue is gaining momentum. Never seen a board as clueless and daft as ours. We'd be lucky to remain in the top four if this issue isn't resolved before transfer deadline.

I think Moses will find it very difficult to get back in the team in the the next month, after serving his suspension. I expect Rudiger, whose a terrific defender to slip seamlessly into the defence and Azpi to play in his best position, on the right.

Our Board is so stupid and clueless that we have only won the League in 2 of the last 3 seasons! We will sign more players before the window and I'm as disappointed as anyone at the lack of opportunities for our brightest youngsters but for Heaven's sake, is anyone else sick to the back teeth of spoilt brat Chelsea fans whining?!

@SpanishBlue, I agree with you, real spoilt brat and a complete disgrace they are. It's a pity that this site has been invaded by a bunch of morons. I don't think any sane mind or sensible CFC fan would call a board that has won the league twice in 3 years clueless.

@latunvic the fact that other fans on this site disagree with you should not prompt you to describe such persons as morons, lacking sense or sanity. Honestly i dont understand why people have to be abusive of persons who have differing opinions from them on what is a free online forum. BTW i visit over 4 different blogs for Chelsea fans other than VC. On every one of them at least 60 % of the views being expressed by fans right now express major concerns about our squad depth. This is not unique to VC. People may express this in different ways and using different language but we need to learn to disagree without being disagreeable. Also i am certain that many here and on other blogs of Chelsea fans who will vociferously dispute yours statement that the board won 2 title in the last three years. The club; Chelsea FC won those titles. It was a team effort and most fans will say that the players and the managers played the lion share in those winning efforts. For certain in each of those seasons we won we did not have the best overall teams on paper, we did not have the most expensive teams, we did not have highest goal scorer in either of those seasons so it is obvious that it was the result of the whole system coming together to bring a great result greater than the sum of its parts..It was certainly not the sole result of the board ( even though they rightfully should be accorded some credit for the success as they should similarly shoulder a part in the blame for the debacle of the 2015/16 season) and some would argue that those successes occurred despite the mistakes and shortcomings of the board. Let us just keep it real and give due credit where it is due.

Agree with Gabe let's keep it civil for this season , I have been guilty in the past of "name calling " , but it's a new season , time to bury the hatchet . Bogba starts tomorrow , great opportunity for the boy , better than waiting for the league cup , I'd like nothing more than to see him and Musonda and Tommori break into the first team , at least one of the 3 . Of course Dyche will set his thugs up to cause some hurt . Let's hope for a win and no more injuries .

@GabeU, I apologize for the name calling... It wasn't aimed at you or other sensible members of this site. I know very well that you never use abusive language on this site and always keep things civil, so I have no reason to call you names. I was responding to @CFCmkhi calling the board clueless and daft. But I get your point, I probably should have directed my comment/name calling at him specifically instead of generalizing it. Once again, I apologize for that. I have no issue with people disagreeing with my views, we're all here to express and share our opinions...
