It`s a No from Tottenham

It`s a No from Tottenham

Yesterday, as covered by Vital Chelsea, the hottest piece of transfer speculation related to Danny Rose.

Several news agencies inferred that, following the Premier League fixture between the two sides this Sunday, at Wembley Stadium, Chelsea were set to make an approach for the England international.

The speculation suggested that Chelsea would be prepared to pay as much as £50 million in an attempt to persuade Tottenham to sell their left-back who recently criticised both Tottenham`s ambition and pay scales.

However, it seems that Chelsea Football Club are going to be frustrated, yet again, in their chase for the player with the Evening Standard reporting that Tottenham Hotspur won`t be doing business with Chelsea.

In fact our referenced source is implying that it`s not a case of any offer being turned down move of a fact that Tottenham won`t entertain any offers whatsoever for the 27-year-old full-back even though a move across London would see the player double his salary.

He's contracted until 2021, so they have no need to sell.
