Chelsea`s Musonda To Be Sent Out on Loan in January

Chelsea`s Musonda To Be Sent Out on Loan in January

Earlier this week, Vital Chelsea covered the social media outburst by Charly Musonda.

Our article, Click Here, whereby we invited you to comment on just what a predicament Musonda had placed himself in, received a mixed response when it came to you leaving your views.

Today, the insinuation in the leading red-top publication this nation of ours offers, The Sun, suggests that the 20-year-old, who has been reprimanded by the club, could well get his wish for regular first-team football.

However, it won`t be with Chelsea Football Club with our source inferring that Musonda is a prime candidate to be sent out on loan, to a, at the moment, destination unknown.

Reflecting on the words that have seen Musonda grace the sports pages of the tabloid press,

"You sacrifice, you work hard, you give more than what`s expected, and often more than you can, because you love what you do. And what do you get back? Literally nothing…done."

They`re hardly of Martin Luther King or Winston Churchill stature but, in years to come, they may well haunt young Charly or indeed Chelsea Football Club if he just becomes another youngster sold off but who comes good.

It`ll be interesting to see which way the pendulum swings on this one!

If they loan him out....will be another wasted talent at a time when we need to keep the talent we have especially when the FORMER ONE is sniffing around. We don't buy Lukau, we sell them Magic atvknock down rate and now we looking to be doing everything to anger a future top talent.....staggeringly unbelievable. If we lose My songs and sell Nkante on the cheap then Chelsea will deserve everything that comes...

What is the rationale in depleting an already paper thin squad. Unless a replacement is incoming, I don't see this happening cause dese squad players are also as important as the starting eleven in the quest for glory. Ktbffh!

Stupid to loan him, he only has 18 months left on his contract, and Arsenal and Liverpool are already sniffing around him .

Because the club knows that he will rarely get an opportunity under Conte yet they want the young lad to develop.

@Muleya if they want to loan him out so close to the end of his contract they need to get him to sign up to another contract first

Loaning him out will just make no sense. I see him playing more in our local cup games

Young players need to play regularly, its the most important thing for their development. If this consistent playing time will not happen at chelsea, then a loan is the next best option imo. The Only major challenge is selecting the right club and environment for them to flourish. Looked like we were lucky with Christensen because the two year loan work perfectly well. The same is currently happening with RLC (he needs to stay healthy though) and Zouma – one can only hope it will be like this until the end of the season. If we are able to somehow find the right club with the right profile that will provide the right environment to play consistently, 2 year loan is ldeal for Musonda. I hope we can persuade him to sign a new deal before going on loan because he looks a good talent . And If he goes on loan in January, I hope we replace him with a more experience player to support hazard. I would like one of Zaha/Draxler/Di maria. Zaha is a bit of a wild card I must admit, but at 24 and homegrown, I think its a risk that might just pay off. I will take Zaha over Ross Barkley everyday of the week and most likely for similar prices.

I would take Zaha also, my other thought, we take Thorgen back and loan them Musonda (if he will sign a new deal ). Allegedly Zaha's United career came to an end because he had a fling with Moyes daughter . He is much to good for Palace .
