JT`s Visit Helps Relieve The Cobham Blues

JT`s Visit Helps Relieve The Cobham Blues

With doom following gloom at Chelsea at the moment, Antonio Conte has cut a miserable figure during the times he`s been in the public view. Those occasions being at press conferences and on the touchline at games. Gone is the smiling, passionate signore from last season.

In the more relaxed surroundings of Cobham though, The Daily Mail report that the clubs former captain and potential future manager, John Terry, has been at the training ground visiting his former manager and teammates.

With Saturday`s tricky game against Crystal Palace next up, we can only hope that there is still some solidarity within the club. Certainly when JT was club captain, whether he was in the side or not, he`s presence could undoubtedly influence those around him. Let`s hope he banged some heads together whilst he was there, and we see an improved performance from all on Saturday evening.

According to the Sun of all rags Conte will be at Chelsea next season, even if we miss top 4 (translation Tuchel to Bayern, Louis Enrique to PSG, per Neymars request ,Carlo to Arsenal, Sarri and Zidane keeping their jobs ="whoops no managers left ),its not unreasonable to give him another shot, despite our disgust at recent games, maybe we get season 1Conte back ?. But having Terry at his side would be perfect, especially with the Belgians landing at Real . We will need some serious rebuilding. Conte did rebuild Juventus. We may as well start developing our own managers as things are a bit slim on that front . Conte with JT and Frank, it certainly is food for thought .
